Registrations canceled prior to or on the Early Registration Date will be refunded the full amount.

Registrations canceled after the Early Registration Date, no refunds (full or partial) will be issued.

All Registrations are transferable.

Registration Fees may be applied to other events within the same calendar year, if Equip to Engage is notified on or prior to the Early Registration Date of the event for which the participant is registered.

Registration Fees may not be applied to an event in a different calendar year.
